Vedrana Istuk joined Tiber Hudson LLC as a paralegal in February 2022, where she supports Robert Kearbey in multifamily transactions by drafting loan documents.
Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Vedrana worked for the Ministry of Finance in Croatia where she participated in implementing EU Directives related to financial sector, provided legal opinions on various financial legal acts and was also a member of audit committee for one of the major banks in Croatia.
