Danielle C. Douglas is a Law Clerk at Tiber Hudson, where she supports Nicholas A. Pirulli, Robert A. Kearby, and Patrick Evatt in multifamily transactions. Her practice focuses on construction and permanent lending through the Freddie Mac TEL Program which utilizes tax-exempt bonds. Prior to joining the firm, Danielle was a business partner to C-Suite Executives for Am Law 100 firms, a Fortune 500 company, and most recently an Aerospace and Defense Government contractor.
Danielle graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where she received a B.S. in Business Administration. She earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she was an Associate for the Journal of Law and Technology, a student attorney in the CSL Veterans Advocacy and Estate Planning Clinic, and a student law clerk for the Honorable Danya A. Dayson of the D.C. Superior Court.
