Elizabeth (Cincotti) Eding is a project manager in the multifamily affordable housing division at Tiber Hudson, supporting her team and representing commercial mortgage lenders in large-scale multifamily real estate transactions, including both market-rate and complex affordable transactions through various Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs. She has over 18 years’ experience as a paralegal; 10 years in litigation and over eight years in multifamily commercial real estate. Elizabeth not only brings expertise of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan industry to Tiber Hudson, but also passions for transaction management and developing strong relationships between counsel, clients, and all third parties involved.
Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Elizabeth finished her last semester of college interning at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia and then joined Krooth & Altman LLP where she was a paralegal for 17 years. She graduated from Stockton University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
