Jasmine A. Jackson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Tiber Hudson LLC, where her practice is focused on representing banks and underwriters as counsel in public and private finance matters including tax-exempt and taxable transactions. As a public finance attorney, her practice includes financing of multi-family apartment and condominium projects, mixed use projects and, office buildings. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jackson worked at a personal injury firm in D.C.
Ms. Jackson graduated from Howard University in 2011, where she received a B.A. in Political Science and received her J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2017. She is a member of National Association of Bond Lawyers, Women’s Bar Association of DC, American Bar Association, and the American Society for International Law. Ms. Jackson is awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.
