Jeffrey E. Weissmann

Mr. Weissmann brings over twenty-five years of expertise to the firm in the areas of Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Optigo Seller/Servicer multifamily lending. His practice and experience encompass affordable and tax credit housing finance, both tax exempt and taxable bond issuance, credit enhancement, HUD, state and local subsidy programs, MTEBs and TEL executions. Mr. Weissmann also frequently has been engaged by institutional lenders and financial services companies to draft loan program template loan documents and protocols. He has frequently lectured on issues of industry concern.
