Kathleen “Kate” McCusker

Kathleen “Kate” McCusker is a project manager for Tiber Hudson, working in the multifamily agency lending practice group. Kate brings an extensive mix of experience in the real estate, construction, and legal industries, having worked as a real estate paralegal, title coordinator and escrow officer, as well as an affordable housing developer. This deep experience has given her working knowledge of multiple financing structures and vehicles, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Exempt Bonds, HUD Financing, USDA Rural Development, Freddie Mac, and traditional market rate financing.

Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Kate spent eight years at Kantor Taylor PC coordinating all aspects of client’s needs, including title, survey, financing, investor, and TPA applications. Prior to her experience at Kantor Taylor, Kate worked for Shelter Resources, Inc., a for profit affordable housing developer, which provided experience with preparing financing applications, construction negotiations, placed-in-service requirements and operating and property management.
