Sana M. Din

Sana Din is an associate in the D.C. office of Tiber Hudson, LLC. where her practice is focused in the areas of public finance and affordable housing. Sana represents government-sponsored enterprises (GSE) and related seller/servicers and lenders in the financing of multifamily housing projects. Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Sana served as GSE counsel as well as underwriter’s counsel, bond counsel, trustee’s counsel, and borrower’s counsel, to clients including investment banking firms, educational and health care institutions, and state and local municipalities in numerous tax-exempt and taxable bond financings related to public infrastructure, utilities, charter schools, universities, multifamily housing, retirement communities and special assessment and tax increment financing districts. Before entering law school, Sana worked as an Investment Bank Collateral Specialist for JP Morgan Chase, where she managed the collateral process for hedge fund and energy client accounts.
