Scottland Glenn counsels clients in real estate development, investment, and finance. A significant portion of Scottland’s real estate practice is devoted to the multifamily sector, with an emphasis on tax credit property financings. He serves as counsel to institutional lenders, credit enhancers, and underwriters in the structuring and negotiation of complex tax-exempt and taxable financing for the acquisition, refinancing, and disposition of multifamily communities.
Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Scottland served as developers counsel at Kantor Taylor PC and earlier practiced as in house counsel to Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin H. Settle at the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and to the Honorable Lisa R. Worswick at the Court of Appeals, Division II, for the State of Washington.
