Bryan Wallace is a member of the renewable energy, public finance and real estate practice. Mr. Wallace is barred in Georgia and Washington D.C. Mr. Wallace advises clients in the development of renewable energy, real estate, as well as public finance matters. Representative clients that Mr. Wallace advises and counsels include the Development Authority of Fulton County (DAFC), and affordable housing real estate developers in the Atlanta region. Mr. Wallace has experience with commercial and residential transactions including commercial leasing contracts, commercial and residential real estate closings and advises and counsels local Development Authorities regarding a range of issues including tax incentives for qualified projects with taxable and tax-exempt bond financing.
