Tiber Hudson attorneys have served as counsel in all aspects of the construction process including finance, design and construction. In this capacity, we have served as counsel to public and private owners, lenders, borrowers, developers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and component manufacturers. Our involvement has served commercial and housing developments, educational facilities, sports arenas, hotels, luxury assisted living facilities, nursing homes, power plants, coal processing plants, oil refineries, roads, bridges, tunnels and parking structures. As counsel for local developers and charter schools, we have not only been involved in the finance elements of these deals and assisted these clients in obtaining the necessary building and occupancy permits. In the construction law arena, our attorneys have negotiated and drafted a numerous design and construction contracts and have significant experience with the American Institute of Architects family of contracts. Additionally, our attorneys have represented clients in complex disputes at the project level and in mediation, arbitration and litigation in front of administrative bodies, arbitrators, and local, state and federal courts.
