J. Austin Davis

Austin Davis leads Tiber Hudson’s finance team and is based out of Tiber Hudson’s Washington D.C. office, where he works with senior Members and Associates on the affordable housing team to develop various cash flow and structuring analyses for use in a wide range of financings around the country.

Mr. Davis specializes in modeling and analyzing a variety of financing structures for their efficiencies and deal-specific cost savings, including public offerings of bonds credit-enhanced by FHA, USDA, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, along with various other cash-collateralized bond executions. Austin also oversees the finance team’s work in arbitrage rebate computations and performing myriad calculations required under the tax-exempt bond rules.

Austin joined Tiber Hudson as a financial analyst in October of 2020 after graduating from the University of Virginia in May of 2020 with a double major in Economics and Foreign Affairs, along with a Statistics minor. Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Austin held internships in market research and marketing throughout his final three years at the University of Virginia.
