The firm maintains a prominent practice in the development and financing of commercial projects insured under the National Housing Act and funded pursuant to the Fair Housing Act of 1968. Tiber Hudson handles all areas of a lender and borrower needs, including organizing and obtaining internal bank corporate compliance approvals, obtaining the necessary governmental licenses and approvals to participate in various Federal lending programs, developing the lending platform, marketing and structuring the proposed financings, closing the financing, and all manner of post-closing work. Tiber Hudson works in close partnership with clients to develop new and successful business lines, increasing their market presence.
