Karen M. Thornton

Karen Thornton is a Senior Paralegal in the Washington, D.C. office of Tiber Hudson LLC, where she supports the legal team on all transactional matters. She joined the firm in July 2024 after thirteen years with another firm, for which she was the primary legal assistant on municipal bond issuances for affordable housing, transportation, higher education and general obligation in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Ms. Thornton comes to Tiber Hudson with over 20 years’ experience in the public finance field.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys knitting and spending time with her husband and their two pugs.
