Lewis I. Askew Jr.

Mr. Askew’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and in particular, involves matters related to public and private construction and government contract disputes involving suretyship, construction, architecture, engineering, design, and procurement. Additionally, Mr. Askew provides contract drafting and negotiation services and counsel to businesses. Mr. Askew was included in the Washington, DC Construction Super Lawyer list between 2014 – 2022 and received the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating between 2013 – 2016 a recognition of his professional excellence.
