Tara Dobbs is a real estate attorney with a focus on affordable housing and low-income housing tax credit developments. She represents construction and permanent lenders in the financing, acquisition, and construction of real estate developments that involve multiple sources of financing such as local, state, and federal loans, low-income housing tax credits, and HUD loan programs.
Tara holds a Juris Doctor from University of Wisconsin Law School, where she worked at the Frank J. Remington Center facilitating victim-offender dialogues with the Restorative Justice Project. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge James D. Peterson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
