WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tiber Hudson LLC is pleased to welcome Jonathan H. Peyton as a member of the Washington, D.C.-based law firm.
Mr. Peyton focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending and real estate development, with a concentration on representation of lenders and borrowers involved in FHA-insured loan transactions. Mr. Peyton regularly represents lenders in complex affordable housing transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, multi-family housing bonds, subordinate loans, and HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”). Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Mr. Peyton has been involved in loan closings in 48 states and Puerto Rico.
Mr. Peyton will be Co-Leader of Tiber Hudson’s FHA lending practice, expanding the firm’s capacity to meet the needs of HUD-approved lenders in all types of multi-family and healthcare financings including HUD’s Section 232, 221(d)(4), and 223(f)/(a)(7) programs.
