Lisa L. Bennett

Lisa Bennett concentrates her practice on the representation of borrowers and lenders in various commercial real estate finance transactions, including affordable housing, HUD-insured multifamily housing projects, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, acquisition and construction loans, bridge loans, and permanent financing. Ms. Bennett has represented local and national homebuilders, developers, homeowners associations, condominiums and owners and managers of commercial buildings and multifamily projects in all aspects of real estate law, including acquisition, development, finance, leasing, and the formation, operation and governance of master-planned communities, homeowners associations, condominium regimes and mixed-use projects.
