Darnell E. Ingram is a seasoned attorney and former engineer with extensive experience in complex commercial transactions, litigation, real estate development, and government contract law. He has held key legal positions across the public and private sectors, including roles as a prosecutor, Assistant Attorney General, General Counsel, and municipal attorney. Mr. Ingram has represented government agencies, corporations, and institutions in high-stakes matters involving construction, infrastructure, environmental regulation, and public-private partnerships. As principal of Ingram & Associates, which he founded in 2020, he advises both domestic and international clients. His background in industrial engineering and legal strategy allows him to provide practical, results-driven counsel on a broad range of legal and regulatory challenges.
