Sandra F. Rosenband

Sandra F. Rosenband serves as Counsel in Tiber Hudson’s Community Development Finance practice group, bringing more than two decades of sophisticated transactional real estate experience to the firm. Her practice focuses on representing lenders, institutional purchasers, and sellers in all aspects of complex real estate transactions across growth markets in the United States, with a specialized focus on multi-family housing, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. She possesses deep expertise in community finance, routinely navigating intricate affordable housing transactions driven by multi-layered equity stacks, private-public partnerships, and specialized tax incentives.

Prior to joining Tiber Hudson, Sandra was Counsel in the Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC. She also spent 15 years as a transactional real estate associate at Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP and began her legal career in the corporate and real estate groups of prominent national firms. Sandra earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Michigan.
