Andrea M. Hall

Andrea Hall’s practice primarily focuses on serving as underwriter’s counsel in affordable housing transactions. Before entering private practice, Ms. Hall spent twenty years as an attorney with the United States federal government. She began her career as a criminal prosecutor, later served as a criminal defense attorney, and ultimately held senior roles comparable to a general counsel. Her assignments took her to New Mexico, Iraq, southern Virginia, Washington, Hawaii, Colorado, Germany, and Washington, D.C. Ms. Hall’s work centered on criminal law and military justice policy, but she also advised on a wide range of regulatory and operational matters, including government contracts, fiscal law, labor and employment law, medical law, international and operational law, space law, and federal ethics rules.
Ms. Hall graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2003 with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Public Administration. She received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2006 and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
