Haley R. Holliday

Haley Holliday is an associate attorney in the Washington, DC office of Tiber Hudson LLC, where she focuses her practice on public finance, with an emphasis on tax-exempt bond financing for affordable housing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Haley was an attorney advisor and member of the Chair’s Attorney Honors Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Trading and Markets. While at the SEC, she participated in the drafting and implementation of Commission rulemaking related to the equity, options, security-based swaps, and fixed income markets.
Haley earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Howard University. Haley is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
