Krista M. North

Krista North represents lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions, with a concentration on affordable housing and community development finance. She handles all aspects of multifaceted finance transactions focused on the development of multifamily housing and charter schools. Her practice spans a broad range of real estate financings, including acquisition and construction loans, tax credit financings, tax-exempt and taxable public financings, commercial loans and bridge loans. Krista has considerable experience leading affordable housing transactions involving multiple funding sources, including local, state and federal loans, subsidies and grants, HUD loan programs, federal low-income housing tax credits, Section 8 and other rental subsidies, and a variety of other public and private loans, subsidies and grants.
